SOI芯片式高速多通道光衰減器基于硅基載流子色散效應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)高速響應(yīng)的可調(diào)光路衰減，實(shí)現(xiàn)多通道VOA器件單片化集成，芯片與多通道光纖陣列和外圍驅(qū)動(dòng)電路一體化光電封裝，數(shù)字化驅(qū)動(dòng)，偏振相關(guān)性小，衰減范圍大，調(diào)節(jié)精度高，衰減值穩(wěn)定，響應(yīng)時(shí)間為納秒級(jí)，可在高速、低時(shí)延系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用。

Multi-channel variable optical attenuators based on SOI platform is a new product, which is digitally driven to adjust the attenuation of multi-channel fiber optical paths. This product achieved the integration of a large number of VOA channels on a single SOI chip, and electro-optically co-packaged with fiber array and circuit board. It is capable of tiny polarization-sensitivity, large attenuation range, high adjustment accuracy, stable attenuation value, and especially high-speed response time on the order of nano-second. It is of great value for applications in some high-speed and low-time delay system.
